Customer Rating: Summary: Love this toy box!! Comment: I bought this over a year ago for my now 3 year old daughter. She loved it at first sight and goes perfectly in her "princess" room. It was relatively easy to put together and the safety hinge is great for not pinching little fingers. We have not had a problem with durability. I sit on it when I'm in my daughters room and I have even had my dad sit on it with no problems. My 3 year old and 17 month old get inside this thing with no problems of the bottom being flimsy. It is very sturdy but my 10 yr old son sat on the top of the box to push the toys down and the wood split that holds the left hinge on. I thought it was broken for good but I had some gorilla glue around the house and glued it together and it is almost good as new...So I suggest not stuffing the box full of toys and sitting on it!
